Body Mind Intelligence
Personal and Professional Training Program in Bodymind Intelligence
Where physical, emotional and spiritual health meet
Our physical, emotional and spiritual health are our true wealth. In a time of great transitions, the need to learn what creates physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing becomes vital.
We carry in us the ability to liberate the sources of our wellbeing. To do it, we need an education which is not just informative but also transformative. The necessary knowledge and wisdom are more available than ever today, but it is up to us to walk the path and learn to listen to the intelligence of our bodies and beings: to our body-mind "intelligence".
This body-mind intelligence includes the living experience of wholeness, physical, energetic, emotional, psychological and spiritual. It encompasses all our feeling senses and includes the intelligence of heart, soul and all being.
The objectives of THE TRAINING PROGRAM in BODYMIND INTELLIGENCE are:
- to discover the innate healing powers of your bodymind intelligence, to develop a quality of presence and to tap into your own sources of wellbeing and even sacredness.
- to foster an intimate, rooted partnership with your body and a profound development of your perceptions and feelings.
- to connect the intelligence of the heart with science both Oriental and Occidental.
